Your choice of student accommodation includes both on-campus and off-campus buildings. You will live as part of a vibrant community of students from all over the world and benefit from dedicated INTO China student support to help settle in to living in China.
Student Accommodation
Students can choose from two accommodation options whilst studying at DUFE:
On-campus accommodation is strongly recommended as it is not only a great study environment close to the teaching building, but also the best way to meet your fellow students. Off-campus apartments are just 15 minutes' walk from the main DUFE campus.
Both accommodation buildings are located within easy access to shops, canteens and recreational facilities nearby.
There is a limited number of single rooms, with the majority of accommodation available as twin rooms.
On-campus accommodation - Qiushi Building
DUFE on-campus accommodation is a popular choice with international students as it is conveniently located in the west of DUFE’s campus, and within 10 minutes’ walk of most shops, canteens, and the teaching buildings.
The accommodation is exclusive to international students and is a great place to meet and make new friends. On-campus accommodation is great value and offers new students a convenient environment to adapt to life at DUFE.

* The university operates an energy saving policy across the whole campus, which includes on-campus accommodation. Each room has an electricity limit per room to limit energy and power waste. In normal situations, students don’t usually exceed the stipulated limit.

The main door of the accommodation building will be closed each day at 10:30pm for safety, however students can purchase a door access card to access the building after this time.
Students are required to clean their rooms themselves. A room cleaning service every 3 weeks is available on request, which is organised by the university.
Costs
Accommodation can be rented for a variety of periods, to accommodate differing lengths of academic study and requirements. Daily rent is fixed regardless of duration of rental, at RMB 60 for single and RMB 37 for twin.

Off-campus accommodation - Zhongchen International Apartment
Zhongchen International Apartment is an excellent choice for students who want to enjoy their new-found independence in a professional and friendly environment. The accommodation is located in the Dalian Software Park with transport links providing convenient access to many parts of the city. It is located 15 minutes' walk and 10 minute bus journey away from the university campus.
Zhongchen International Apartment is a high-end and modern accommodation complex offers a private kitchen, modern facilities and is surrounded by a variety of Western and Chinese shops, cafés and restaurants, which makes this accommodation option ideal for international students.
Accommodation is available on a single or twin room basis.

The Zhongchen International Apartment includes the following facilities:
The location of Zhongchen in relation to the DUFE campus is very convenient. Students can walk to a variety of bus stops within 1 minute, No. 901, No.10 and No.3 bus can all go to the DUFE main campus directly.
Students can find restaurants, cafes and food stores downstairs from the building.
