Food on campus
There are a number of different dining halls located all around the campus, serving many different types of Chinese food. There are also plenty of restaurants near the campus, including halal and vegetarian cuisine. Please note that the main diet will be Chinese food and students should be prepared to live and learn in a Chinese culture and be ready to experience different foods and a different way of life.
There are western fast food restaurants near the campus, such as KFC, McDonald’s and Pizza Hut. Meals here cost around 40RMB. Other Western and foreign restaurants are located around Dalian. For directions to these restaurants or suggestions on other places to eat locally, you can ask a member of the INTO China Student Services team who will always have recommendations to share.
