Urban Planning

This degree leads to a professional career in planning, with employment opportunities in both city and country areas. Urban Planning is about working towards a more livable, more sustainable world. Career opportunities include positions in local government, private consulting firms, development companies, government departments involved with urban affairs, environmental management, transport, community development, heritage conservation, regional prosperity and related fields.

The major courses include: Art (Drawing, Color), the Principles of City Planning, Construction, Chinese and Foreign Architecture History, etc.

Architecture

 The program covers a period of five years and prepares individuals for the independent professional practice of architecture and conducting research in various aspects of the field. It includes instructions in architectural design, history, and theory; building structures and environmental systems; project and site planning; construction; professional responsibilities and standards; and related cultural, social, economic, and environmental issues. 

Many architecture nakors choose to work in fields allied to the discipline, such as interior design, adaptive reuse building, construction management, real estate development, etc.

The major courses include: Architectural Design, Residential Planning and Design, AutoCAD and Building Regulations, etc.
